zewanil Posted August 12, 2012 Share Posted August 12, 2012 Hello everyone ... i am really stuck with this one and i was wondering if anyone could help i need to make artificial shadow without any light on the object ...becaus the scene is already getting light from a lot of source .. i just need to add a shadow of that object ... how do i do that again? thanks so much for your time P. Peter M. Gruhn Posted August 13, 2012 Share Posted August 13, 2012 I'm in the middle of a render right now so I can't check the settings; you may have to fuss about. Create a standard spotlight. Set its color black Shadow white Multiplier -1. Something like that creates a shadow casting non-illuminating light. I don't know if that works with mr. Cyberstyle Posted August 13, 2012 Share Posted August 13, 2012 You could always use the 'exclude' button option in the lights modify panel - shadows section. Exclude everything in the list from shadow & illumination, except for the object you want - set that to exclude from illumination only. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
