In the USA you just leave metal stuff in the alley and a Latino guy comes around in a beaten up '78 pickup and takes it away for you, free. Why does it have to be a Latino ? why can't it be a black guy or better yet a white guy? I see plenty of those country white people (for lack of other allowable term ) here doing the same thing.
