Cjmcphail
Quick Question regarding an animation. I have pre calculated my irradiance maps using multiframe incremental, I have rendered 80 of 300 frames and saved them out as individual tif files. I need to stop the rendering, if I restart the render at frame 81 will this cause any problems. Cheers Chris
Justin Hunt
As long as you dont make any drastic changes it should be fine
salvador
Not at all. If you don't change the geomtery, AA settings, lighting settings or else, your pre calc IRRMap should go just fine. I understand that when you resume rendering you will load it in the "from file" mode, right? That's a beauty of VRay. You cannot pause a render (on a still shot) but in animation, with everything precalculated, you can span the rendering job anyway you want.
