The3dStudio_com are they still in business ?

Hi

 

I just purchased on line a collection from them.

As usual I need the collection now.

 

I have received a mail with links to download, but nothing of a confirmation mail which is what I need, and they say will be sent, 30mins ago now and nothing.

 

If they are in business they need to get the finger out and sort out their on line shop.

 

Very disappointing.

After about 2 hours they contacted me with the email confirmation.

 

All done now, but too slow.
