Why don't you make a fresh new scene, then merge your geometry and assign a grey 128,128,128 color to all (or mtl override) and then create an also new VRay Sun+Sky and an also new Vray camera and use all by defaults. Start there and move settings according to what you want. f-number and shutter speed for amount of light and white balance for overall light/shadow color.

And you could also post some images and settings.

There are no "best settings", every scene is differet. Learn the software?

i know dude there r no best settings but it is abt the rig of lights and cam(physical) which will give me bright and warm lights in to my scene

Though you did not directly, the Q was in the same line as spoon-feed request, and you must try by yourself and check the results. Only if you hit a roadblock may you turn to someone for help, tips, etc. Also, learning a few things about (real) photography with lighting and image composition would help you understand a few points more in this direction.
