Ilumination problems

Hello,

 

I'm glad to finally join this community and I need some advice from your part.

 

I'm trying to follow this tutorial, the modelling is fine, but I can't manage to achieve that illumination and background in my scene.

 

What kind of lights and material for the plane in the background should I use?:confused:

Google for Studio Lighting tutorials. There are plenty of them. Not hard to achieve.

Thanks Salvador, I didn't replicate the illumination on the picture, but I think I got a pretty good result.

 

Do you guys find something that could be improved?

the leather looks a bit too rigid. Adding some gravity and subtle gathering details would help with the realism.

Yep. Light looks good.

Metal looks too white - like it's made of silver - needs some adjustment, I think. But background and light look good.
