does anyone know if Vray DR saves a cache file on a node? Ive been rendering a scene and its corrupted taking the autosave with it.

Ive been working on a different file since, also using DR. Will a node have a scene file on it somewhere?

Help much appreciated!

Tom.

I don't think so VrayDR has this feature of saving backup files before it starts rendering(It never shows) like backburner does.If all autoback.max files are corrupted then you should have tried .bak file in the same folder. That file never dies but its too late now. It's been 9 hrs since you've posted this...:)

Thanks for your response. I ended up just redoing the work. Funny how it can take 6 hours to do something, but if you have to redo it it only takes 30 minutes!
