abhaysingh
Just reset vray. Go to render dialog box. At the bottom of Common tab,in "Assign Renderer", change Vray to scanline then switch back to vray. Now, just press render and tell me if vray is rendering fine. abhaysingh
By the time you can match your old vray settings with the default.
redrobinrobinhood
I had matched each and every setting of the problematic file with the file that rendered fine starting from vray frame buffer, vray image sampler, vray adaptive image sampler, vray colour mapping, vray indirect illumination , vray light cache and all the vray settings but couldnt find any difference, even tried different filter types for colour mapping but all in vain, jus cant get to why is it rendering red blue and green but i havent matched with the default settings so now i will try and match those. salvador
If you are using the VRay VFB did you check on Clamp Color? Looks like it could be displaying in Unclampped Colors. Are you sure the channel displayed was RGB?
John Dollus
http://www.spot3d.com/vray/help/150SP1/tutorials_imap1.htm your first image is showing your sampling rates. BTW, your sampling is way too high likely resulting in long render times
