nisus
I think this is ok, although I still prefered the #cgarchitect. (The #architecture idea was not mine, I just pasted some thoughts to get some final thoughts and decisions) Anyway, more activity will arise Tnx Jeff! nisus
Richard McCarthy
Hallooo! I think I have something to add to this discussion, I found it at most times, cgarchitect users never stick around. They usually login, says something like "hello anyone here", or "anyone alive"... within 30 seconds (!!) they log off again.. There are always atleast 10 people (yes, REAL people) and 5 bots in the current CGarchitect chat channel (24/7), I must stress that, most of us have real life things to attend to.. so, we may not attend to any user's question or response immediately, but we are there. So, if you use realtime-Chat feature, I like to ask everyone to stick around longer (atleast 30 minutes), longer the better !! (like the 10 of us regular there, we are ALWAYS there 24/7) So there will be more users in the channel, and more discussion, exchange of ideas, real-time critique can be happening

Richard McCarthy
HAHA... well, not mad cow, mad kangaroo.... I swear these roo's are MAD. Okay, intelligent things to say..... BLAMESTORMING: Sitting around in a group, discussing why a deadline was missed or a project failed, and who's going to get the blame. SEAGULL MANAGER: A manager who flies in, makes a lot of noise, poops on everything, and then p's off. ASSMOSIS: The process by which some people seem to absorb success and advancement by kissing the boss's butt, rather than through getting results. A SALMON DAY: The experience of spending an entire day swimming upstream only to get scr##ed and die in the end. CUBE FARM: An office filled with 'open plan' cubicles. PRAIRIE-DOGGING: When someone yells, farts or drops something loudly in a cube farm and people's heads pop up over the walls to see what's going on. CROP DUSTING: Surreptitiously farting while passing thru a 'cube farm', then enjoying the sounds of dismay and disgust (often leads to PRAIRIE-DOGGING).
