romanmolina
Two of the images there were made by me! What can I do about it??
zuzupetals
1&1 Internet, Inc. should be sued as domain registrar along with the people behind the website if anyone can find them http://whois.domaintools.com/visioco.com and do not take the website down until you got them as it's evidence. zuzupetals
this website is for educational purposes and is using the artworks under fair deal based on the copyright laws. a cover to get the money flow with "an unbeatable portfolio". with lawsuit it would be a lengthy case because of different copyright laws between countries, anonymity of these individuals which needs time to sort, lot of money and time. in the meantime just copy and paste the whole website;) Edited October 16, 2012 by zuzupetals
romanmolina
Are you serious????? The two images I did and that you are using to promote your services are for a PRIVATE DESIGN COMPANY BASED IN VENEZUELA!!!!, How did you get them if not stealing them?? Don't try to justify the fact that you TOOK THEM WITHOUT PERMISSION becuase that's exactly what you did, besides there is absolutely no educational purposes whatsoever anywhere in your website, give us a break, we are not stupid! The fact that you took a lot of images from very known artist all over internet and that most of their work is well known is a very rookie mistake, you though no one would noticed that? this website is for educational purposes and is using the artworks under fair deal based on the copyright laws. zuzupetals
pardon but the post was a bit overreacted. i'm trying to figure out this website since this afternoon. and point out this copyright infringement of the year needs serious move by the ones affected. instead of going through copyright laws and talk to a lawyer the person who is pointing towards a direction is the one being placed into an embarrassing situation. the person you're after is the one will last long because of the facts mentioned in my previous post. i'm upset in the same way as this is pointing towards criminal act which needs immediate action. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copyright http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copyright_infringement

abhaysingh
Zuzu is being sarcastic here.I think he is right & it is much easier to nail them for a victim who reside in the same country but it's get difficult for other people unless they take your email notice seriously. neil poppleton
This is what appears now on their webiste : VISIOCO is not in business and does not have any clients. The company is scheduled to go into operation in March 2013. This site is in design and development stage and has not been used to solicit business, nor has advertised its product or services. The site was published to verify the functionality using temporary photos for client’s remarks, input and visual approval. The site will not be published again until the client has authenticated their portfolio and intellectual property. Thank you for your visit. Please come back again!. We appreciate everyones input into this problem, many thanks.

NicolasBischoff
wow, they even put one of MIR images... they must be really not bright and i see they even used one South African firm "Burn Studio" images. Nicholas is on this forum and i am sure he won't be happy I'm not sure if I should be angry or flattered that plagiarized our work.
