Corey Beaulieu
Can you screen capture your camera, lights, and render settings as well as the viewports? It could be anything from your camera being inside a wall to the exposure settings on your camera. Could also be lights and render setup. Its a vague question without more info. cg_Butler
If you have any glass and translucent materials make sure Affect shadows is ticked. Then the light will come in to the room.
salvador
Also, if you used fog color for the glass shader, and the value is too high, no light passes through.
Corey Beaulieu
I'm having trouble seeing the settings clearly, but it looks like the camera may be set up wrong. Turn off Vignetting for one. This will darken the render significantly. Also, the F-Stop for interior is usually around 5.6 as a rule of thumb. Otherwise, the glass comments are likely the answer. ericchan
Just another stupid opinion but it might be this coz I've experienced once before. Try to move your camera away from the wall for a little bit more. Max viewport have a tendency to show the view when the camera's barely touching/a bit inside of the wall, but will end up rendering pitch black. Or else same opinion as above
