Scott Schroeder Posted November 5, 2012 Share Posted November 5, 2012 Select similar should work but be aware that it will also take into account similar materials. So if you have the same materials on all your objects it will pick everything too, not just the sofas. Go to the Soulburn Scripts website, Neil Blevens' website, and get his script pack. In there is a script that is called "Find Instances" and it selects every object that is an instance of the selected object. Revit should have made those sofas instances of each other. Or, select them by name all in the select by name dialog at once and create either a group/layer/selection set of them. Again, they will all be by each other since they are all named the same.
