Guest BmlLokesh
Please suggest me how to do this type of rendering I like the way they have shown all the detail, materials and their properties I am from max / vray background and believe it is not done in vray It seems to be a simple rendering with GI, reflections and with edge texture ON It does not seem to be a sketch up rendering
Andres del Castillo
You can do it trough Vray toon effect, and using VrayEdgesTex. You will see, available, reflection, glossines, and others. Good luck.
Scott Schroeder
Vray toon + Vray Diffuse Render element will give you that look. Render out as your normally would for the beauty render but save your diffuse render element. Then, running a all white material overrride (you can turn off all GI and lights) run another with your toon lines on. Don't bake the two together, it gives you less control. If you want reflections, save out the reflection render elements and so on. Simply comp the elements together in Photoshop, plus add in a few Photoshop filters to make it look a little more hand drawn. Such as this tutorial: http://www.photoshopessentials.com/photo-effects/watercolor-painting/ Doing this method all with overrides and render elements means that you don't have to swap out your photo real lighting/materials etc. If you want a beauty render, just render normally. If you want toon, use your elements and overrides all from the same scene.

Corey Beaulieu
looks like piranessi to me: http://www.piranesi.co.uk/index.html
Scott Schroeder
Any render engine can achieve this look. It's not specific to any engine. To achieve a uniform lighting look, you have to have no lights at all. Use all self illuminated materials. Or, use your Vray Diffuse Render Element. This element is all of your diffuse textures at 100% uniform lighting. It saves you set up time if you already have your scene set up. If you are starting from scratch, then use all self illuminated materials with no GI because you won't need it.
byoungsooahn
It looks like SketchUp+Photoshop rendering to me. For the reflection in first image, you can easily fake in SketchUp. Put transparency floor wood material. Then flip/mirror all model above and copy/paste it beneath the floor.
