Francisco Penaloza
Hi, I am pretty new to Cinema 4D so I am doing this little project to get to know better the software. I modeled this building on sketch up and exported as OBJ, now I need to do some changes to the mesh but every time I try to select some vertex of it it only select the visible vertex, not the one in the back, I can rotate the view around to select the other vertex but as the model get complex there is always some vertex "hidden" Compared with Max I can go to front view and select all top vertex of a box, in cinema I try to do the same it only select the front vertex, not the back. I already researched some but I can't find an answer. thank you
Francisco Penaloza
ok I found it, I'll post it here just in case some else have this problem, When you select any object if you look at the properties windows there is an option of select only visible object, by default this is on, just turn it off and it will work fine. Google it every where could not find it hope now this thread will pop.
coloredfloorplans
Press your live selection tool. Now you will see the live selection attributes on the right lower corner of your screen. There is a box you need to uncheck called only select visible elements. Hope this helped.
