Hello,

I've been finding myself asking this question way too often and after reading all there is about the topic on the forum I still have two short questions.

1. I found some pencil sketches of some architecture that I'm very fond of and I would do some realistic renderings and post them to my website to promote the way I work. I do no intend to claim anything about the concept. There will be the source of the concept pencil drawing under the render. "Inspired by "this" from "www.that.com".

Since the building does not exist, am I allowed to post renders of the sketch as long as i clearly credit the author?

2. Am I allowed to recreate and render a photo taken by a professional photographer as long as I credit him and the architectural subject?

Thank you.
