Here's a WIP shot of a downtown Toronto luxury town house. I'm waiting for a finish palette so in the meantime, I tried to work on the environment by isolating the subject with dense foliage.

I'm liking the composition, lighting, and building itself.

Not a fan of the cars...they look slightly cartoony? Maybe because they have no drivers. I think photoshopped-in cars would look nice.

Also the grass could be a bit messier, I find it almost too crisp. Maybe add some DOF up front near the camera (though I know this is only a WIP)

 

Either way I doubt a client would have much to complain about this shot, well done

Nice lighting. The only thing I would say is come in closer. Right now 30% of your image is foreground grass/leaves. If I was the client I'd want to see as much of my building as possible.
