What will this PC be used for?

General comments regardless:

Mobo: The Mobo is a bit pricey for no real reason - unless you plan on overclocking your CPU heavily, going for an expensive mobo usually adds nothing but cost. It won't be "more stable", it won't be "more upgradable".

An ASUS M5A99X EVO or GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 will do the job more than fine, support all the features 81xx and 83xx CPUs have to offer and can even overclock them pretty well.

CPU:Try to get a 8320 or 8350. Those do cost a bit more at the moment, being "young" in the market, but their performance does worth it over the 81xx series, especially if you WON'T overclock.

HDD: If you don't plan on getting a WD Black that offers 5y warranty, get a Seagate 7200.14 drive. Those are by far the fastest 7200rpm 3.5" drives today, but offer 2y warranty. If you are after performance, those will be noticeably faster than 1TB Caviar Blacks (and ofc Greens and Blues). I understand that you are on a budget, so I won't even mention SSDs, as I still consider them "luxury" items in most occasions, and I would prefer spending the money on CPU/GPU before resorting in one.

Thanks for the reply ..

My PC will be used for 3DMAX,Vray and PS .. mainly

and Am not going to Overclock my CPU ..... and 8320 or 8350 of what ? ... am new to hardwares dats why ... :)

Seagate seems to have less LIFE where WD offers more warranty ... so my boss wil prefer WD.

Can you please comment on the GPU ? ..
