How to get Eligibility norms to work in Europe or the US?

Hello readers,

I live in Mumbai, India's financial capital and have been doing architectural visualization for quite some time now. Today I thought of checking the jobs section here and one of the posts have 'must be eligible to work' condition in it. I want to know what these norms/terms/conditions are if I wish to travel/relocate, on a good offer, to Europe or the North American region. If someone could point me to some treaded path I would be thankfully obliged.

Did a search as to which section to post this and at last I am asking it here, in general (no pun intended).

generally, it means you need to have a work visa in hand for the country where the job is located. Each country has it's own requirements so just look up the specifics for each location.
