Network rendering

hello friends,

can any body guide me how to set up network rendering with vray 3ds max. i am fed up with 5 to 7 hours for just test rendering. I have one desktop & one laptop both are connected to local area network and shared folder with each other. both are about same configuration of core 2 duo 2.9 ghz, 4 gb ram, 3ds max 2009 64 bit and vray 1.5. And also 2 gb radeon hd 5450 graphic card.

 

2) is there any secrete with polygon models that it is taking this much of time to rendering.

You seem to be asking without searching or trying to learn by yourself first.

 

When you start standing/walking as a toddler, its you and you alone who has to take the first steps and then others like parents and elders come to help and support. Hope this is clear to a wise.
