Jeff Mottle
Pricing for renderings worldwide vary anywhere from $500-$10,000 per image depending on the company who does them. I have no idea what the company you posted charges, but given they appear to be in China and a smaller studio or likely one person shop they likely charge $500-2000 per image, but every studio charges differently and based on what they feel is appropriate for their work and the product they deliver. Of note is that while overseas usually means lower prices, that's not always the case and some charge standard industry rates (as they should). heni30
The bar rendering which is probably the most impressive is really quite simple. The stools, tables and lights are just repeated a bunch of times. Bottles are stock 3D items. Materials are stools, walls and floor. And a cityscape pasted in PS. Some of these studios in China with their productions lines could easily do it in a day or two - overnight if you pushed for it. and I could see them charging $600-$700. The fact that they have a established lighting system approach ready to go and an extensive library of objects and materials plus motivated low cost wannabes makes it profitable for them. shawnkhoo
Hi Amanda, Saw the website you recommended. Yes, they are from China, mainly working on interior and product rendering. Typically, the price range is around 500US to 1500US depending on the complexity and delivery deadline. We also offer 3D interior rendering services. Hope you will like our works too. Jonathan Fantucchio
I think it looks pretty good for a developer/restaurateur looking to visualize a future bar. Materials could be better but a good amount of man hours were put into this I think.

artmaknev
China renderings have improved greatly over the past 2 years, I hope their prices went up as well, I would say for this type of rendering the price should be at least $1200.
Crazy Homeless Guy
2.5k would be a fair price on this piece. Make sure you take into account the number of revisions and changes the designer will want for the project.

I think you are right, her standard of English does not sound like an American with such an American name.
