Vray Rhino gone absolutely bonkers! Help!!

I did my model, rendered it and everything was All well and Good when suddenly it started to render weirdly. It just went pitch black and there were specs of light like stars which im guessing is the illumination of the image being rendered. So i closed it, reopened it, same thing. I decided to restart my laptop (Windows running Mac) and when i opened the file, the file is like a newly opened file with nothing on it. My entire modelling is gone!! I am on the way to work with an empty file... Can someone please help me, how can i retrive the fileband render it properly?
