dande
Hi I have rendered an animation out of Max in tiffs and delivered it to the client. The client is now looking for an interactive version of it asap. I don't have time to set it up in any of the interactive softwares so my only option is to use the tiffs from max. I know of quick time VR any other software out there that will alow me to compile the tiffs to create an basic interactive animation
Devin Johnston
All of the interactive options will require some setup, I don't know of anything that will allow you to turn tiffs into an interactive presentation unless you want to use Power Point. neil poppleton
Dan, This plugin is very simple : http://forums.cgarchitect.com/72724-promenadd-3dsmax-panorama-hd-360-plugin.html
stormchaser
but what is the level of interaction the client requires? just a basic panos connected through hotspots? then its not a very difficult job as long as you can render the spherical panos from max, which is again not that big a problem. if you want full interaction then you have to take the model into some gaming engine such as unity3d or udk or quake3d. this process is sort of lengthy unless you know it inside out. the first method gives a more photorealistic feel since its just rendered images. second one has more interactive options such as freedom to walk anywhere and changing materials and textures at the clients end. so let us know what kinda interaction you want.
