Light Cache + DR

Hey everyone. This is a dumb question because I already know the answer, but I am running LC for a walk through animation. I know that all the documentation for Vray states that only the processor on the host machine will run LC calcs, and that DR will not work. The funny thing is that I have kept DR on while doing the calcs and all 4 render nodes are at 100% CPU utilization. The Vray message box indicates that each of the render nodes have loaded the scene and are starting the rendering. Any thoughts on this?

Thanks,

Fly-Through aside, whenever I DR for a still, I do just this. The node (workstation) that begins the process of rendering is the CPU that processes the Light Cache and Irradiance passes while the DR Nodes are loading the scene. Once calculated, all machines go to town rendering the image. I'm not stating facts, but my experience is that Vray manages the whole process of rendering by limiting the GI stage to the main machine and then bringing on the rest for render power.

As to the Vray message, I believe the nodes are prepared and waiting for the next message that says "Transferring xx amount of Irradiance"
