Dimitris Tolios
Most likely your card is overheating. Try disassembling the card's cooler and thoroughly dust off/clean it. Then take off the gpu's heatsink, clean the thermal paste off with the help of some mild organic solvent like alcohol. If you have the reference cooler, you can do that without taking apart all the pieces - just remove the portion that is held by the 4x screws around the GPU processor. http://img854.imageshack.us/img854/1549/gtx4652.jpg Windows and drivers are not responsible for those artifacts. Don't spent your time re-installing them. If the artifacts persist, then maybe the card has a failing solid state part - a mosfet or capacitor dying - in which case it is "done". Scott Schroeder
When I fried my ATI Radeon after 2 years of loyal service, that's what I got as a screen. I was never able to recover the card and just opted to take it as a sign to upgrade to a better video card and get better airflow to my case.
