On the eye level view, try cropping the image above the tree shadow in the foreground. I don't why my eyes keep going to it. Cropping will also center the building in the image. I know here at work, the architects are always telling me to get rid of some of the foreground. Especially pavement, unless there is landscaping you need to show in the foreground.
