vray frame buffer output image

I have problem in vray 2.0 for max

.. ok I start to using VFB for rendering ..

and if I want to save this image from VFB and save it the output image (jpg or tiff) looks so different than the image in VFB (without all changes and effect what I put in VFB)

How I can save the same image as I have in VFB without the printscreen ?:-)

The change in colour is probably down to your gamma settings and how you have your VFB configured.

 

Also when you save the image, are you using the save icon or using the "Save seperate render channels" in the render setup?

I am pretty sure it is a gamma issue, can you tell us about your color mapping values and how you set up your gamma in MAX?

I have defauld mamma in max but i thought now it is working in vray and it is on tom of the max settings... ?...

I save it by the save image button n midle of the tom VFB

ok if I changed gamma settings in max and after that I want to save images with and without click button down coner in VFB ... i mean LUT, exposure correction and etc .. it make different images ?

Hi

 

Had same issue for over a year, very simple solution make all ur gamma to 2.2 except the output put that on 1.0 then on your vray frame buffer make sure srgb is off. Save as png find that is best quality, will be the same. Test out let us know.
