Cjmcphail
Maybe try Max depth in the refraction
Francisco Penaloza
reduce your IO Refraction and increase the Max Depth default is 5 it should be enough for most cases but sometimes you can rise to 8 or so. I am assuming your glass has to faces right?
Ricardo Eloy
Increase the maximum depth of your glass material. 5 is a good number to start with, but if you remember that each solid glass calculates 2 depths alone, 5 should be enough to see just a mirror behing two glass panes. Keep that in mind and see how many panes you have in your scene to find the right number of depths you need.

notamondayfan
Is the area through the glass actually receiving any light? How does it render with the glass hidden? Dean
Crazy Homeless Guy
If everything that has been suggested fails then I would delete the glass and rebuild it from scratch. This is especially true if the glass was built in another 3d application. I have always found Max to be finicky at best when applying a glass material to imported geometry.
