Distributed rendering and vray proxies

Hi there,

I'm rendering a big scene with vray proxies over network, with two computers. The problem is, that it seems, that the proxies are rendered with different gamma on the several computers - but only the proxies. Normal geometry is rendering fine. (See attached files, left upper side of the image...) You can see, that some buckets are brighter than others, but only at the proxies.

The trees and bushes are proxies, the rest is normal geometry.

I once had a similar problem, different gamma on the slave machine, but this should be fine, since everithing else is rendered fine.

All assets, maps, proxies are also copied to the same path on the slave, tha should be not the problem. Has anyone an idea? Many thanks!

Are you rendering the GI at the same time?

Try rendering and saving the GI calculations first and then rendering a second pass getting the GI from file. Try this with Irradiance Map as primary and Light Cache as secondary bounces.

Let us know if that fixes the problem.
