heni30
Is there a good way to export Inventor files to Max? I do NOT have inventor. I tried going via .dwg but the geometry came in grossly simplified (cylinders reduced to 3 sides). I get a message that proxy objects have been detected by an unavailable application. It's mostly restaurant furniture. Thanks. Edited April 25, 2013 by heni30
rafaelferrarezi
Georde, Then, I import the .iam as Body Object. Just import normal the .iam files into 3ds max. For me, it works fine. And Sometimes, after I import the file into 3ds max, I export to .obj, for try to be a simple poly.
