issues with multiplier settings not saving

Hello all,

 

I am setting up a rough-finish type plaster material. I have a bitmap texture file which I am using as the Bump map. However, whenever I adjust the multiplier settings, no matter what I type, it reverts to 1, and renders it there. All other settings can be adjusted and save when I hit apply.
