Alvaro Ram.
Hello, my problem is, why appears in the zone of shadows what is in the bakground. It seems like the shadow would be a transparent part of the floor so I can see the background image. how can I fix this? Thanks Alvaro
jucaro
try checking the reflection of the floors. Looking at it, i think it looks good. Added dirt and grime. Also, check the mapping mode of the material (not uvw map) the uv mapping in the material editor

abicalho
When using Raytracing and a background, Raytracing simply lets the background through because there's nowhere to "hit" in the background. If you want the background to be reflected as it should be, create a plane, assign the image to it and place it behind the scene - this way the reflection will have something to work with.
