commercial exterior - inspiration needed

hi guys,

 

 

i'm out of inspiration for this one and would appreciate some input to improve the image. Still need to add some 'life' ( interior of the house, people on the street,etc ) but it is the overall image that's not convincing me right now.

the lighting is kind of odd with no clear shadowing generated by the sun. I think the image also lack saturation, in the plants at least and compositionally, it's got that big black roof in the middle of the image. It's not a bad start. You'll get there.
