When i saw your result I knew there was something wrong mine when I used 3Dmax 2013 using nitrous. I got this becnhmark score.

 

Realistic 11

Shaded 10.2

Wireframe 1.3

 

But when I tried switching to 3dmax 2012 with nitrous enabled this is what I got.

Realistic 14.2

Shaded 15.9

Wireframe 12.0

 

It seems I need to stop using the 2013 version and stick with the 2012 or go up and try the 2014 version of 3dmax.

2014 adaptive degradation magic.

Equivalent viewport optimization engine works pretty well with Revit 2014 too me thinks.

I'm also interested in seeing those HD4600 results validated by other users. My results with Max 2014 (Nitrous):

It will be good if we make a similar comparison test with a simple test scene for CPU Vray rendering test, because I had a surprising result when I made a test on my laptop and workstation :)

Was looking for benchmarks to test my new Graphics rig against my main workstation. So I can do comparison between Nvidia Geforce and Quadro cards. I'm running 3dsmax 2014 SP5 on both machines.

 

Core i7 4930k @ 4.6GHz | Win 7 x64 | EVGA GTX 770 SC 4Gb | 335.23 | 1920x1200 | Nitrous Direct3d 11

 

Realistic - 15 FPS

Shaded - 15 FPS

Wireframe - 8 FPS

 

Dual Xeon X5650 @ 2.67GHz | Win 7 x64 | Quadro 2000 | 335.23 | 1920x1200 | Nitrous Direct3d 11

 

Realistic - 7.4 FPS

Shaded - 9.3 FPS

Wireframe - 4 FPS
