Create Sun study animation - Tutorial.???

I would like to create a sun study animation of a building. Anyone knows of a video tutorial for making such a animation.?

Use the max daylight system (which you can animate) and replace the mental ray sun with a vray sun.

The good thing about the max daylight system is the easy way of getting a semi-correct sun path based on the approximate location you select. I would do as Chris suggests; set up the max daylight system, animate the time of day (auto key and change the values of the time settings), turn off the max sun, then create a vray sun and link it to the max sun so it moves correctly across the sky.
