Stephen Hughes
HI there, I have a missing texture from a previous large scene. In the asset tracker dialogue is there any way of seeing which part of the model this affects? ie. if i knew it was, say, a wooden texture, and affected just one table in the corner of a restaurant i could just replace it with a similar map from my own library, but as it stands i would probably just delete the material using Relink Bitmaps plugin and then never know if there was a missing texture until rendering was finished. I've had this problem a few times, and on big scenes it can be a bit of a pain. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
cg_Butler
Hello. If you go to the utilities panel and open the Bitmap/Photometric Path Editor, find the map your missing and click the Info... button it will tell you the names of the objects that map is applied to. Alternatively, click the link below, this is a good script that will load the map in to the material editor for you! .NET Bitmap List
