3ds Max SHOW SET FRAME PROBLEM

I am using 3ds Max 2011 & Vray 2.00.02 for more than a year. Just this month, i bought a SERIES 5 SAMSUNG NP530U4C S06 CORE ™ i7 3517U. With the same software installed on my laptop (3ds Max 2011 & Vray 2.00.02), nothing appears on my active view when i set or activate "shift + f" or the "SHOW SET FRAME" even if it is only on perspective view or with camera. The only thing that appears on it was the xyz axis. I wonder how could i fix this. Please HELP so i could work with my laptop. thanks
