shauncarollo
So I've got a part of this office fly through that slows down in front of a virtual conference room, and there is a structural glass wall, with a sliding glass door. I'm happy with the glass everywhere else, but when it passes through the first two panes of the glass wall, and then hits the sliding glass door, it trips everything up. What can I do to get rid of this? I'll throw up a screenshot of the material settings after the next test rendering.
Corey Beaulieu
Did you try increasing the max depth of refraction in your material?
shauncarollo
Did you try increasing the max depth of refraction in your material? Yeah I upped it to 10 just to see if it would change anything and same result.
Nic H
looks like its the refraction IOR you could knock it back to 1.
cg_Butler
I'd remodel that glass. Make sure it has a thickness too realistic to glass. 10-15mm should do the trick.
shauncarollo
Did you try increasing the max depth of refraction in your material? This actually was the problem, I forgot to change the global max depth instead of the material. Thanks again Corey!
