Almost all of your settings aren't what I'd call normal.

Adaptive subdivision? With a minimum rate of -1, and a noise threshold of 0.1?

Your secondary bounce multiplier is set to 0.85, why?

Your noise threshold is 0.005, but isn't being used for AA filtering anyway.

Minimum samples set to 16?

I don't think your problem is the GI, it's your antialiasing, and possibly your materials - depending on what they are set up like.

@Chris: Thanks for your reply. I'm a new Vray user so sorry for misunderstanding some of your suggestions. What's the problem with minimum rate of -1, and a noise threshold of 0.1? Why is my 0.005 noise threshold not being used for AA filtering?

@Dean: thanks for your useful information, I've learned many things with this. :)
