nayankadu Posted September 3, 2013 Share Posted September 3, 2013 I have enabled gamma setting in mental ray rendering. Then i switched off gamma, But now my textures are rendering bright. even If i have merged this model in new scene, where gamma is already off and setup new day-light system, applied the texture again, still it shows bright textures. SgWRX Posted September 4, 2013 Share Posted September 4, 2013 hm. could you grab the material from the object with the bright map, then go into the bitmap, click as though you were going to change the bitmap and re-select the same map and then check gamma - use system default - use image own - override and see if that helps to change? also mind the setting in preferences to apply gamma to material editor/bitmaps.
