Corey Beaulieu
That is a combination of Spandrel Glass, Vision Glass, and Mullions. Spandrel and Vision Glass are largely the same just one is more transparent than the other, just use either Diffuse Color, Fog Color, or simply Photo Filters in post to achieve the color. Mullions are a sparate object that are usually metal. http://tinyurl.com/nwa9455 http://forums.cgarchitect.com/74105-glass-final-frontier.html
Corey Beaulieu
As far as wireframes go.... Vray Toon Shade and a Simple White Material as an override, but you have to model the objects the way you want to see them.

Casey Hawley
I think you're asking how to make reflective materials, like glass, in vray? You start with the basic VRayMtl shader. See the Vray Help for descriptions of the settings: http://help.chaosgroup.com/vray/help/200R1/material_params.htm The basic way to make glass is to combine reflection with refraction. How much or how little of each will depend on your lighting and environment set up. A quick way of getting environment reflections on building exteriors is to load an HDRI map into the Environment Reflection slot in VRay render settings. http://help.chaosgroup.com/vray/help/200R1/render_params_environment.htm For wireframe, look at the VRayEdgesTex map: http://help.chaosgroup.com/vray/help/200R1/vrayedgestex_params.htm This will render only edges of the model with lines in the color and thickness of your choosing. Good luck and happy rendering!
