Ismael
We have Rhino and Sketchup forums here. There are numerous blogs in them relating to interfacing with Max. Also, open Max and look for "Import" in the help file. Remember, specific questions yield better results as you will hardly ever find a guide-to which will take you from a-z in one place. http://forums.cgarchitect.com/40553-importing-rhino-3d-max.html
marekpicheta
If you want a comprehensive introduction to 3ds Max I recommend checking out Digital Tutors tutorials. Those tutorials are pretty good for start. I'm beginner too and they were very helpful. Maybe look on the Digital Tutors site, there must be something with the rendering only. Karl Larsen
http://www.ramyhanna.com/ I've learned an awful lot from Ramy! Go to his blog and start reading from the bottom up! Ramy is one of the most generous people out there with his knowledge. EDIT - It just dawned on me after I posted this. Why have I never seen Ramy post here????
