3ds max 2009 not displaying vray models

Hi everyone! Can please somebody help me. I have dead line for submitting my works, so I don't have time to look through whole forum.

 

When I merge vray models in my 3ds max I only get black squares! U used some of these models earlier this year, and I had no problems, but now I can't see anything (not in viewpoints not in rendered image). Does anyone know why is this happening? I will instal newer version of max when I finish these works, so I need solution for max 2009.

hi everyone, I have opened some free kitchnen models and they show vray material in 3ds max 9 , how can i convert them to standards.
