Vray; Please Help, Pixelated Renders, no matter the Settings

Hi everyone,

 

I've just downloaded the most recent vray build for Sketchup, and have been trying it out.

 

My problem is no matter what settings I use, my renders are entirely pixelated! They are low quality, and visibly pixelated.

 

I've set my output to 2048 x 1536, this makes no difference.

I've played with the Anti-Aliasing options, still no difference.

I'm new to this, so let me know if I've left out any crucial information!

edit: it appears that even though I've set my output settings to 2048 x 1536, the image is exporting in 533 x 400?

 

I've clicked override viewport, this makes no difference?
