Mouse Icon Flickering

Has anyone came across this as its a small thing but driving me up the wall.

 

Its only started recently and cant seem to solve it, but basically when the icon is over certain parts of the screen it just flickers like mad. The most noticeable is when say, your going over a box in order to input a figure or if your moving over buttons is another.

 

Ive tried using the different drivers but none make a difference and thought I would update gfx drivers but i have the most up to date.
