Confusion with Flickring..

I am bit confuse with the amount of all the dots that produced in the scene.

 

is it a problem with the ies?

Is it because using subdvs in the light sources ?

i dunno why its created and i use subdvs in the materials

 

and it's completely slow it's been 2 days in the scene and it's still not finished yet!

 

I am using 3ds max2014 with vray 2.04
