render side view - leewation

I heard that vray 3.0 have posibility to render side view with vray phisic cam setup.

I need to render side view - elevation, without any perspective Distortions.

Do vray 2.0 also have that kind of capabilities? if so how to setup it.

When I need to do this I just use a VRay camera. All you need to do is move it a long way from the subject and change the focal length to something really low and it gives you the look of a flat elevation.

 

Give it a go. There is also a useful script here that creates a rig for you.

Place a regular 3dsmax camera, set to orthographic and change to VrayPhisicslCamera in the environment settings.
