V ray is killing me with Wibu key

Hi everyone,

 

I am having an awful time installing vray educational. I didn't realize a degree in computer science was necessary. Anyway, the software seems to install just fine, but the Wibu key is giving me trouble. I had it working at one point, but now the 'license is not found in v ray'. I have no clue how to fix this. Have tried nearly everything (even had geek squad on it! I'm guessing I should call Wibu, but is it possible to get the license up and running on the key again?
