cursor with a little "-" minus, next to it

it is very strange, a little dash appeared next to my cursor, I dont know how it appeared there, I musst have pressed some key..

 

and I cant get to show the cursor on a screenshot the cursor..

 

It is like this:

instead of panning the view when I press on the roll-button on the mouse, it orbits it.

 

Any idea what it could be and how I can get it back to normal? :-)
