Car Mesh Problem

Hi Everyone ,

 

Am working on a apartment project and it has a scene where a car moving infront of the camera. I actually Rigged it using a free script and the model is fine in viewport but when i try to render the same Some area of mesh explodes.

 

Am on a tight deadline . Please anyone help..

 

Am attaching the image for reference and am using 3DsMAX2013 with Vray 2.4

The car model am using is an archmodel

Looks like those vertex's are somehow weighted to move with the wheel. Strange that it doesnt show up in the viewport. I am no rigging expert but if the car is going straight it should be simple to rig with the default max rigging stuff, becomes more complicated if you want the car to steer and all that.
