judson
Using 3DSmax, I'm trying to create large pano images that will maintain resolution on an 80" tv. Rendering out of max is easy enough...it's the viewer that is pixelating the image (once you zoom the FOV to 35). Flash looks tremendous, but my output must also work with Macs. Is there a panoramic viewer out there comparable to Flash?
RyderSK
Typing "non-flash panoramic viewer" into google reveals on first spot that Krpano panorama viewer has now both Flash and HTML5 version. I don't think there's better viewer than Krpano anyway, but it's commercial solution, maybe slightly over-priced for what it does.
Crazy Homeless Guy
I second the KRPano. We use it frequently in our work. KRPano uses CSS3d transformations in HTML 5 to play back the panorama, Safari supports CSS3d so you are good to go there. Here is an example... Full screen button in lower left. This was for a holiday card so we added a snow effect, the snow effect plays chunky in the HTML 5 version, but plays smooth in Chrome(Flash version.) http://www.steelbluellc.com/Pano/TJPAHoliday2013/
